Our Principals

Vincent J. D’Alo, L.S.

Mr. D’Alo’s background involves over thirty years of professional experience in planning, engineering, and surveying. He has been serving as co-owner and president of Aliquot Associates Inc. for over 26 years.
Mr. D’Alo is directly responsible for all planning, engineering, and surveying services at Aliquot. He is recognized throughout the state as a professional with a tremendous amount of experience in all aspects of local planning and development. His abilities to communicate and to facilitate projects through the permit process are held in high regard.
As a licensed land surveyor and project manager, Mr. D’Alo has successfully directed many large-scale construction projects for the firm including:

  • Golden Triangle, Four office buildings: Drainage Improvements
  • Pleasant Hill BART Station, drainage and related infrastructure, along with five office buildings.
  • Rancho Pariso, Storm drain improvements, open channel analysis.
  • Genome Center and ARF Facility, Shadelands Business Park Drainage Study from Shell

Mr. D’Alo holds an Engineering Technology Degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is also a Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of California.

Robert Wong, P.E.

Mr. Wong is a co-owner and vice president of Aliquot and is responsible for all engineering throughout the company. Recognized as a professional with a tremendous amount of experience in all aspects of public and private engineering projects, he is an effective communicator and representative. Mr. Wong specializes in developing excellent working relationships with clients, the public and jurisdictional agencies to resolve conflicts and achieve positive results.

Mr. Wong has more than 25 years experience in the coordination of civil engineering projects from the pre-design site selection process through construction management and final project acceptance. His civil engineering projects include an array of commercial developments and municipal engineered projects, as well as countless residential projects. He maintains a strong communications link between his clientele; his staff, design team and projects engineers, the project team members, as well as local government agencies.

Mr. Wong’s strong expertise lies in large scale public and private projects.

In the past few years, he has been involved in numerous public projects including:

  • Principal-In-Charge and Project Engineer for the City of El Cerrito Storm Drain CIP project
  • Engineering and managing the City of Emeryville’s Capital Improvement Projects: Sidewalk Rehabilitation and Pavement Resurfacing project, and miscellaneous redevelopment projects
  • Engineer of record for numerous facility upgrades for the Oakland Zoo/Knowland Park
  • Engineer of record for a new roadway leading to a new water tank reservoir for the City of Pleasanton

Mr. Wong has been personally responsible as Principal-in-charge in many residential and commercial development projects that consisted of extensive public roadway and public utilities throughout the greater Bay Area.

Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a Masters of Business Administration. He is also a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California.
